The photograms act as the documentation of a performance. The invisible
trajectory of an electrical weapon charge originally intended to utilize the
human body’s own internal architecture to disable it, is revealed on light
sensitive paper. The surge to go to ground generates a dichotomy of marks,
both fragile and aggressive. Each piece is unique and unrepeatable,
the physical effects of the weapon often embedded in the work as burns
and scores.
